Hatice Ozcelik has graduated from Law Faculty of Marmara University. She completed her master’s degree in International Trade Law in England. She has valuable experience in counseling in Commercial Law, Contract Law, Urban Transformation Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Industrial Property Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Property Ownership.
She has provided legal services to property owners, domestic and foreign investors and construction companies in the Urban Transformation Law both risky building and risky areas. She has considerable experience judicial and administrative litigation cases in this field as representative of contractor, owner and investor. She carries out the full process of urban transformation which covers preparation and negotiations of construction contract in return for land share or other types of construction contracts.
She has litigation experience especially, recognition and enforcement of the decisions of foreign court and arbitration awards, correction of the land share cases, execution of the lawsuits related to construction law. She has experience in construction, software services and architecture sectors.
Hatice contunues her PhD studies and lecutres in Medipol University.
She also had lectured on the Urban Transformation Law and Administrative Law at the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center.
She speaks English fluently.
